Stonebridge House is a place for residents of Columbia, Missouri, to come home. We connect and introduce women to local services to ensure success. We collaborate to build a plan and schedule based on each woman’s individual needs and dreams. We partner with women for 12 months, helping them stay on their journey and begin a new story.
